Study abroad
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM
- completed 1st year of study at the time of departure, students of all levels of study, full-time and combined
- each student can go to study stays of up to 12 months in each grade
- the student must not interrupt or terminate his studies at MU during his / her foreign stay
- the condition of successful termination of stay at a foreign institution is to obtain min. 20 ECTS credits per semester
Terms of student mobility
- The Erasmus + study stay can be attended by a HU student who is duly registered in any form or type of study (Bc., Mgr., Ph.D., full-time and combined). If he / she studies a Bachelor's degree, he / she must be enrolled in at least the second year.
- The student must be enrolled properly for study at the FF MU in the given field of study through which he / she is leaving abroad during the whole study period, he / she can not interrupt or terminate the study at the sending institution before the end of his / her study stay abroad.
- Every candidate must meet the Erasmus + qualification requirements.
Repeated trips students Erasmus +
- The student may complete a study or a practical internship abroad of a total duration of 12 months or more for one study cycle (Bachelor, Master, Doctoral).
- These rules also apply to study sessions and internships under the Socrates II and Leonardo da Vinci II programs, which took place from 2000 to 2006.
- Although repeated student internships under the Erasmus + program are possible, due to limited funding reserved for this activity by the European Commission, they may be judged on the basis of the preferences announced in the competition for that academic year.
Selection procedure
- The selection procedure can be attended by all HU FF MU students registered in bachelor, master or doctoral study programs, full-time or combined form of study.
- Students who apply for a study stay must take into account, when selecting a foreign university, both the field of study that they study at the HU and the level of study for which the contract is concluded.
- Every candidate must meet the Erasmus + qualification requirements.
- Erasmus + applications are submitted electronically via the ISOIS system.
- Applying through ISOIS is possible in JS 2018 (from 29 January 2018 to 19 February 2018).
- The determining criterion for selecting students for a study stay is the quality of the motivation letter. In addition, account is taken of the applicant's language skills for the given country and the student's total credit.
- Students will be notified of their nomination by email. Their nomination must subsequently be confirmed by the deadline, otherwise their nominations will be forfeited.
- All contracts are valid even in the school year 2018/2019.
